We were lucky enough to be able to fly back to Utah for a week to see our families during Christmas. It was a whirlwind of a trip, but we had so much fun. And it was so great for Eric to see all his wonderful grandparents, aunts, uncles, and friends. He definitely missed everyone after we got home. We got there on a Thursday and left the next Friday. Eric was so cute on the plane and did so great. He loved looking at the people around him and getting them to smile at him. If someone walked past without looking at him, he would stare at them like "hey, don't you realize how cute I am?" He is such a fun age right now.
When we got to Utah, he was immediately passed all around and handled it so great. We ran from house to house to see everyone and they were all so good to us. Here are the pictures from the first couple days we were there:
