Merry Chritney!

Yeah, I don't know where that came from, but Tanner and his dad love saying Merry Chritney, Fullmer men are unique. :) Christmas was wonderful! We went to the annual Fullmer Christmas Eve party, where we decided to add some Christmas spirit:

Tanner's is from the women's section at the DI; luckily for me, my mom has saved her entire 80s-90s wardrobe, so the sweater and bow are courtesy of her. The party was great, we ate lots of food, then the kids acted out the nativity while cousin Adam read the Christmas story from the scriptures. Grandma and Grandpa Fullmer did their reading, they alternate between the story of the Savior's birth and his death. After that, we sing the "12 Days of Christmas," which Fullmer style, is a little violent. There are actions with each day, and with the seven swans a swimming or the lords'o'leaping, it becomes a giant mosh pit in Grandma's basement.

The cutest niece ever!

Christmas Day was even better. We opened our presents together then headed to Tanner's parents. While there we got to talk to Aly, but we only got 2 and a half minutes a piece, so of course it wasn't long enough, but it made me so happy I cried. She comes home in less than 6 months, yay! Then we went to dinner with my mom and brothers, my brother brought his girlfriend, it was fun to meet her, she's really cute. Then we spent some time at my dad's, it was all so fun! We got totally spoiled by everyone, some things we got were: a hard drive to back up our files, a leopard print snuggie, Tanner got church pants so he won't have to wear his mission ones anymore, our favorite books, and a cricut!! The best part about Christmas though was spending time with family, it was a great one, and the fourth one Tanner and I have been together for. Only a few months till Tanner will be counting down to the next one!

Can You Believe It?

It's finally here-I graduate nursing school Wednesday. Nope. Not next Wednesday. Wednesday as in two days from today. Yep. I'm a little bit in shock that it's really happening. This time next month I'll be working as a nurse! I'm not quite sure I believe it myself yet. Well, one final today and last one tomorrow and it's over! I feel so blessed. Tanner and I were talking about it the other day, that getting into nursing school really changed our lives; it put an end in sight for my school and enabled me to do something I really love. It's been hard, but more than anything it has been such a tremendous blessing and I'm so grateful to my Heavenly Father, I know his hand is in all things. We just feel like life couldn't get much better than this. Can I say it again? We are so blessed!!

You know you're a redneck when....

You grow a mustache like this:

For Thanksgiving, Tanner's Elder's Quorum decided to grow a 'Thanksgiving Mustache,' to remind them how thankful they were to be men. It was hilarious. He got teased bigtime at the family Thanksgiving, especially since he wore that hat. He was about to shave it when he took this makes-him-look-way-creepy picture, which apparently calls for being shirtless. Though he looked like he belonged in a trailer park, I was proud of him for doing it and still thought he was red smokin' hot! Love you Tanner!
